Raffle Permits

Only non-profit organizations in existence for two years or more are eligible to obtain a raffle permit. 

If your organization is considering holding a raffle in Plainville, please thoroughly read the Office of the Attorney General's guidance on raffles found here: Guidance on Raffles | Mass.gov.  

Raffle permits are valid for one year and the fee is $10, payable by cash or check only.  

If you are applying for the first time, in addition to filing the proper forms, you must submit a Certificate of Solicitation.
