Recycling Center Hours

Attention Plainville Residents

• Residents are reminded a current Recycling Center Pass is required for access.

The Recycling and Composting drop-off area is located at the Highway Garage at 29 West Bacon Street. The hours for drop off are:

• Mondays from 8 am to 3 pm - year-round
• Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm - April through November
• Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm - December, January and March
• Closed February

The center is closed on Holidays and during severe winter weather.

From the light at the intersection of South Street and West Bacon Street: West on West Bacon Street, 1/4 mile from intersection on right, Follow the blue and white recycling center sign on the telephone pole, right at the stop sign and head through the recycling center gate at the end of the building on the left.
