Household Hazardous Waste

Household Hazardous Waste Day has suspended due to the prohibitive cost and the limited number of companies that provide on-site hazardous collection services. The Town of Plainville has aligned with New England Disposal Technologies in Sutton and Clean Harbors in Braintree who provides disposal of hazardous items for a fee. Residents may contact and pay these companies directly for household or hazardous items that they need to be disposed of.

  • Motor oil can be brought to AutoZone, 93 East Washington Street, Route 1, North Attleboro - call store for details at 508-699-4661
  • Latex paint can be put in your regular trash once hard. Remove lids or pour in shallow cardboard box to dry out.
